The Icecap Story
Icecap Sports Club Co-Founders and brothers Kyle and Bryan Costabile have always shared a special bond as the two youngest in a family of four boys. Kyle would grow up to become an engineer, and Bryan would become one of the best lacrosse players in the world. Together, their unique combination of athletic and technical expertise made them well-suited to be pioneers in bringing consumer sports technology to lacrosse. Icecap Sports Club was founded in 2019 and today is headquartered in Sykesville, MD.
Our Mission
At Icecap Sports Club our mission is to bring consumer sports technology designed for professional teams to the sports of lacrosse and hockey and to provide access to high quality coaching regardless of location or age.

The Icecap team is a world-class blend of premier athletes, engineers, and entrepreneurs. The Icecap team boasts experience across NASA, The PLL, Under Armour, Fidelity, SAS and Mercedes-Benz.
